The marquee matchup: Clix + Higgs vs K1nG + Fazer

This is the matchup everyone has been waiting for. XSET Clix + XSET Higgs dropped to the Lower after a rough Upper Bracket day on Friday, and now they collide head-on with K1nG + shinden fazer in Saturday’s elimination bracket.

Heavy storyline: Clix is the most mediatic face of competitive Fortnite, and this Major is his official return to an in-person event with all eyes on him. K1nG is one of the most consistent duos of the past year and came into the Major with the “dark horse” tag. If Clix goes down here, he goes home without Sunday Finals — and that lands hard.

Where to watch — in English and Spanish

The official broadcast and three Spanish-language co-streams worth your time:

  • Gorilon (Spanish): twitch.tv/gorilon — analysis and co-stream from Spain.

Featured duos

Beyond the headline, these are the duos worth watching during the session — for storyline, historic level, or flag:

  • 🇦🇷 grx + Randu — Argentinian flag in the Lower with real shot at following Lev Lewa + Romero’s historic pass to Sunday.
  • XSET MrSavage + xp42 velofps! — Historic legend of competitive Fortnite. Seeing MrSavage in the Lower is a rarity you don’t want to miss.
  • Vitality SwizzY + HavoK Pixie — Two heavy names from the European top scene that landed in the Lower. If they start strong, they qualify.
  • GodL Flickzy + GodL CHAP — Duo with strong org identity. Landed in the Lower with the level to sneak into Sunday.
  • ZETA Koyota + ZETA yuma — ZETA Division — Asian representation with weight in the bracket. Worth following throughout the session.

Format: how the Lower Bracket works

Saturday’s Lower Bracket runs cumulative-points format across 6 matches, identical to Friday’s Upper Bracket. It’s NOT direct elimination between individual duos — everyone plays against everyone in each match, and at the end they’re ranked by total points. Top 25 by the sum advance to Sunday Finals; the remaining 25 are eliminated.

That means even though Clix vs K1nG is narratively the duel of the day, both are competing against the other 48 duos simultaneously. A bad start for either could leave them out without ever directly losing a head-to-head against each other.

What’s at stake

The Lower Bracket is the last chance for 50 duos. The ones who make it join the 25 who qualified from Friday’s Upper Bracket, totaling 50 duos for Sunday’s Grand Final, where $1.3M in prizes get distributed.

Major schedule: Friday Upper Bracket (✅ played), Saturday Lower Bracket (📍 today), Sunday Grand Final. Whoever doesn’t pass today is out of the Major.
